و حسب التقرير المرفق فهي منذ عام 2002 الى الآن لم تتقدم خطوه في انشاء ما يسمى بمنتجع جزيرة الاحلام و الادهى من ذلك ليس في حساب الشركة الا 2400 دولار

The Dream Resort remains just that. Since July 2002, Strategic Internet Investments, Inc. (OTCBB: SIII) has been planning to build a man-made island and Dream Resort off the coast of Manama, Bahrain. Three years later, there appears to be no material progress to report. According to a Form 10-Q filed on May 23, 2005, the Company must first construct a temporary causeway to provide access to the site of the future island. The Company says that in August 2004 trucks began "dumping quarry stone" to create the causeway, but, as we near the first anniversary of the initial stone dump, there is no indication that construction of the access road is still underway or nearing completion.
The Company concedes that its ambitious dream project will be expensive, and that seems destined to pose an almost insurmountable problem. Although the Company claims it will attempt to raise funds through issuing debt instruments and obtaining government funds, as of March 31,2005 Strategic Internet had less than $2,400 in its bank account – not nearly enough to pay for a week's stay at a premier resort, much less build one.
