Analyst Comments: According to the firm, Transocean received two new letters of intent ("LOI") from Statoil in the North Sea. The contract value is estimated at $200 million and is for two rigs for a one year duration. The contracts begin in the third quarter of 2006. With continued improvement in deepwater and other market segments, the firm believes investors should be adding to positions in Transocean stock.
