Analyst Comments: The firm has raised their outlook on the stock believing that domestic spot prices will be on the rise again by mid-year. In addition, they feel that rising iron ore and metallurgical coal costs will lead integrated steel producers to purchase more scrap for their raw material mix, forcing scrap prices higher and creating cost-push pressure on higher steel prices as import supplies steadily drop.
