أعتقد أن البنك يعترف ويقر بأنه لا يوجد لديه ترخيص لممارسة الوساطة حيث صدق توقعي (بحكم خبرتي) بأنه يمارس عملية البيع والشراء مباشرة مع المستثمر (نفس طريقة بنوكنا المحلية) وهذه الطريقة تعتبر في نطاق ديننا حرام ولا تجوز لسببين ، السبب الأول هو ان طرف المتاجرة هنا هو البنك وليس أطراف أخرى ، والسبب الثاني هو ان البنك يقرضك وفي نفس الوقت يستفيد من عمولة المتاجرة .
