Over the weekend I stated there were rumors that Google may buy YouTube, the rumors have turned out to be true. Google will pay $1.65 Billion for the Site. YouTube's backbone is powered by LVLT, so keep an eye on this company. I believe we will see upside here.

My new big pick is AECH.



Cramer just said the Dow will go up another 1000 points!! Technology companies are going to lead the rally. The market is so bullish right now it's unbelievable.

Many companies are trading at insane premiums, that's why I believe the most money will be made finding companies trading at a low like AECH.

AECH's main holdings are in tech companies.

The float on AECH is only 200,000 shares, which is the lowest float I have ever seen in my life!!!

This mean AECH could make huge swings. With a float this small, I won't be surprised to see AECH move up 50-100% in just a few days!!

With AECH at a 52wk low and off 22% for the day, I believe AECH could rebound big.

One of AECH's main holding is in the National Security industry.

Security is among the top 3 concerns of every government in today's world. Identity theft has become a worldwide problem affecting all economies from the micro to the macro.

Credit card fraud is estimated at $2 billion per year worldwide; and in the USA, welfare fraud (by double dippers) is believed to be in excess of $4 billion a year. Robust, reliable, and foolproof personal identification solutions must be sought to address the deficiencies of conventional techniques.

AECH just announced this morning they have signed on several financial institutions in the Caribbean.

Just last week AECH announced they have entered into a partnership with Control S.A of Ecuador which is the largest Biometric Identification provider to government agencies in Ecuador, focusing on security entry/exit control systems. Some of their clients include branches of the Military, Dole, Banco de Guayaquil, and Banco Bolivariano, among others.

Biometric identification is the next wave in security, passwords can be stolen, cards can be stolen, but a person's biometrics is impossible to impersonate.

International terrorism has forced the hand of many corporations, as well as governments to secure the safety of their employees and/or residents through positive and secure biometric identification. I believe AECH's partnership with Control S.A. makes AECH very attractive at these low prices.

Make sure you watch AECH closely.
