My new big pick is RHOI.



Many of my recent picks have been blowing up and I believe with the Fed's decision today not to raise rates will push this markets higher.

RHOI is coming off a 6 month low and has been trending up for the last 2 weeks. The volume has been slowly increasing and looks like a breakout is in store. Make sure you put RHOI on the top of your watch list.

My new big pick is RHOI.



Let me tell you what RHOI could take off shortly.

As you probably already know the price of oil has dropped substantially in the last month and has wiped out gains for the year. This means people will be driving and traveling more.

RHOI just last week executed a letter of Intent to Acquire Great West Vans.

This is a big move for RHOI. A deposit for the purchase has been accepted and key material terms have been negotiated for the all cash transaction. The deal is scheduled to close within the next 30 days. GWV is a profitable, 30-year-old business, based in St. Andrews, Manitoba that builds and distributes class "B" motor homes throughout North America.

The American population is aging and there is an expected 77 million baby boomers heading into retirements in the next few years.

RHOI also owns the Rhino Off Road RTV.

This is one of the most amazing off road vehicles I have ever seen. What makes RHOI's RTV so great is the built in cage which makes it safe for novice. You can now rent these vehicles in Vegas.

RHOI's Rhino will be demonstrated at SEMA in Vegas this coming October.

I believe when more people see the Rhino, word is going to hit wallstreet about RHOI.

RHOI has already setup shop in China to produce the Rhino and equipment has arrived. "Production equipment has begun to arrive, we expect that Jim Skinner, our senior designer will be in China for up to 90 days to help our partners finalize plant layout and review the quality control process shortly after we finish up at SEMA in late October," stated Howard Pearl, President of Rhino Off Road Industries.

RHOI, as a company is moving fast. These 2 acquisitions have taken place in less than 6 months, and I'm sure there is more ahead.

RHOI has crossed the 50 day moving average and the volume has been increasing to levels that have not been seen in the past. RHOI is currently trading at less than half it's 52wk high.

If RHOI even test those highs again, the gains can be substantial!!

RHOI is a business development company that acquires and consolidates outdoor activity-based companies.

RHOI is in the process of acquiring Great Western Vans. I believe this is their biggest acquisition to date and just the beginning too.

According to a recent article published in the LA Times, "Generation X'ers have become the fastest-growing group of RV buyers -- a trend that is forcing the $14-billion industry to rethink how it designs and markets the ultimate toys for grown-ups.

Baby boomers continue to be the industry's bread and butter, making up half of all RV owners, according to the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association. But the number of young buyers is growing from 2% in 1984 to 15% today."

GWV is currently in the top five in the growing Class B motor home category. Class B RVs are said to be more fuel-efficient and are easy to drive. They fit in a normal parking space, are easy on fuel, and are often used as a second vehicle.

"I am excited that GWVans will become part of the RHOI family of companies," stated Martin Geurts, owner of GWV.

RHOI's recent announcement to do business with GWV is very assuring considering the RV industry earned record revenues of over $14 billion in 2005.

RHOI could see tremendous profits here!

One in 12 U.S. vehicle-owning households now own at least one RV and it is estimated that by 2010, RV's will be owned by 8.5 million households.

Existing GWV dealers will have the opportunity to represent RHOI's Rhino RTV products in markets that are conducive to off road sales.

RHOI started the day strong but got slammed by shorters. They are going to have to cover their positions soon causing a short squeeze which will move it higher.

OSUR, my alert at under $7 had an intraday explosion hitting a high of $10.17!!!

Weekend Update

My new big pick CCMI.



For those that missed the huge run on the last direct to consumer medical company I profiled last year, here is your chance to catch the next wave!!

That company subsequently ran up 270% after my alert!!! CCMI is much cheaper and caters to a broader audience.

Have you ever heard of Liberty Medical? It closed Friday on the Nasdaq at $42.79. CCMI just hired one of the early executives from Liberty to come build up CCMI.

CCMI has already made 2 big acquisitions and is expanding their services and products to more specific urology diseases. With new management in place I feel CCMI is extremely undervalued. Make sure you do your search on CCMI fast!!!
